Corporate knowledge through chatbot

Clevy want to use chat bots to help automate the internal support of their clients. Be it for HR, Technical or Product questions, their engine allows their customers’ operators to sort, regroup and automate the most common questions of their collaborators. During the design phase of the project we had to find a structure that fits within each of their customers’ models for handling internal support, and design an application for quickly answering the questions while training their chat bot for subsequent instances of the same questions.
